Using NoteClub
NoteClub is a music album sharing platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use NoteClub.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your password or let others access your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Content you post
When you share albums, write comments, or add descriptions, you retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant NoteClub a license to display your content to your group members and, for shared albums, to the public via share links. Don't post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights.
Groups
Groups are private by default. Group admins can manage members, including removing members and changing group settings. NoteClub site administrators may access group data for moderation purposes.
Music links & streaming
NoteClub links to third-party music services (Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music). We don't host or stream music. Streaming is subject to each platform's terms of service and may require a subscription.
Acceptable use
Don't use NoteClub to spam, harass, or abuse others. Don't attempt to access other users' accounts or data. Don't use automated tools to scrape or interact with the service. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
Availability
NoteClub is provided "as is" without warranty. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NoteClub after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify users of significant changes via the app.
